Os participantes s\u00e3o encorajados a brincar e refletir sobre outras formas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas.\u00a0 O workshop utiliza a metodologia LEGO<\/span>\u00ae\u00a0<\/span>SERIOUS PLAY<\/span>\u00ae<\/span>\u00a0e cria oportunidades para experienciar estrat\u00e9gias que ajudam a desbloquear a capacidade de reflex\u00e3o com vista ao debate participado e \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para o trabalho criativo. Pretende-se despertar o potencial de cada profissional estimulando o esp\u00edrito de equipa. Partindo da natureza inclusiva e participativa do Sistema LEGO<\/span>\u00ae\u00a0<\/span>todos s\u00e3o chamados a participar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
