href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/decreto-lei\/54-2018-115652961\">Decreto-Lei n\u00ba 54\/2018, de 6 de julho <\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Departamento de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial (DEE) visa garantir a exist\u00eancia de condi\u00e7\u00f5es que assegurem a plena integra\u00e7\u00e3o\/inclus\u00e3o escolar dos alunos, devendo conjugar a sua atividade com as demais estruturas de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o educativa, nomeadamente a Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o dos Apoios Educativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O DEE do Agrupamento de Escolas de Santa Iria de Az\u00f3ia integra:<br>a) os docentes da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial (EE);<br>b) o Servi\u00e7o de Psicologia representado pelos psic\u00f3logos;<br>c) outros t\u00e9cnicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sem preju\u00edzo das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es gen\u00e9ricas e espec\u00edficas legalmente estabelecidas para os outros Departamentos, no quadro do desenvolvimento do Projeto Educativo compete ao DEE:<br>a) colaborar com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de administra\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o e com as estruturas de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o educativa do AESIA, coadjuvando-os na dete\u00e7\u00e3o de necessidades educativas especiais e na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e incremento de medidas educativas adequadas;<br>b) contribuir para a igualdade de oportunidades de sucesso educativo para todas as crian\u00e7as e jovens, promovendo a exist\u00eancia de respostas pedag\u00f3gicas diversificadas, adequadas \u00e0s suas necessidades espec\u00edficas e ao seu desenvolvimento global;<br>c) contribuir ativamente colaborando na diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias e m\u00e9todos educativos, de forma a promover o desenvolvimento e a aprendizagem das crian\u00e7as e jovens do Agrupamento;<br>d) participar na melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es e do ambiente educativo do Agrupamento, na perspetiva do fomento da qualidade e inova\u00e7\u00e3o educativa, tendo em conta o p\u00fablico alvo;<br>e) promover a exist\u00eancia de condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o das crian\u00e7as e jovens com necessidades educativas especiais;<br>f) colaborar na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade educativa, nomeadamente nos dom\u00ednios relativos \u00e0 orienta\u00e7\u00e3o educativa e vocacional, \u00e0 interculturalidade, \u00e0 sa\u00fade escolar e \u00e0 melhoria do ambiente educativo;<br>g) articular as respostas \u00e0s necessidades educativas com os recursos existentes no Agrupamento, bem como noutras estruturas e servi\u00e7os, nomeadamente nas \u00e1reas da sa\u00fade, da seguran\u00e7a social, da qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e do emprego, das autarquias e de entidades particulares.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de 2018\/2019 a Equipa da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial passou a integrar o conjunto de respostas educativas conforme o determinado no Decreto-Lei n\u00ba 54\/2018, de 6 de julho, que revoga o Decreto-Lei n\u00ba 3\/2008, visando \u201cresponder \u00e0 diversidade das necessidades e potencialidades de todos e de cada um dos alunos, atrav\u00e9s do aumento da participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos processos de aprendizagem e na vida da comunidade educativa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta nova abordagem para uma Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Inclusiva aponta para uma \u201cvis\u00e3o integrada e cont\u00ednua da abordagem educativa que agora se advoga contribui decisivamente um processo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio \u00e0 aprendizagem \u2013 que considera aspetos acad\u00e9micos, comportamentais, sociais e emocionais do aluno, mas tamb\u00e9m fatores ambientais -, uma vez que desse processo resulta toda a sequencializa\u00e7\u00e3o e din\u00e2mica da interven\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas das quest\u00f5es que se colocam com a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o novo diploma podem ser
